Terms of use
Using PetTrackr
PetTrackr is a tool for organising your pets’ care, operated by Ali Makhlouf. By creating an account, using the app or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PetTrackr.
Not veterinary advice
Reminders, insights, weight ranges, calorie targets, bowl-scan estimates, calculators, guides and the assistant’s answers are general information to help you keep track. They are not a diagnosis or a substitute for a veterinarian. If your pet may be unwell, contact your vet; in an emergency, contact an emergency clinic straight away.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide PetTrackr to you and the people you share a pet with. Please only upload content you have the right to share.
Premium
Premium is a subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your store account (or from Settings in the app). Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation. It does not reserve features, prices or a launch date, which may change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, automate the sign-up form, or use the assistant for anything unrelated to pet care at scale.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PetTrackr available but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted. Features may change. If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PetTrackr is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
