Launch and the waitlist
When does PetTrackr launch?
Soon, on Android (Google Play) and iPhone (App Store). Join the waitlist for early access and a special discount at launch. We’ll email you the day it’s available.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
We store your email and the page you signed up on, and use them only to tell you PetTrackr has launched, send your early-access discount, and share major news. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your address, any time.
Will I get spam?
No. One email at launch and very occasional important news. Never shared, never sold.
Price and plans
Is PetTrackr free?
Yes, PetTrackr is completely free, with no limit on pets. Reminders, the daily plan, health records, vaccines, weight tracking, sharing with a partner and exporting your data all cost nothing. Optional Premium adds extra features and more usage, like the full training library, more family members and pet sitters, more AI assistant messages, bowl scans, more documents and a bigger photo library.
Will my free features ever become paid?
Viewing and exporting your own records will always be free. We will not move a feature you rely on behind a paywall.
Are there third-party ads?
No. PetTrackr is paid for by people who choose Premium, not by third-party advertisers.
Using PetTrackr
Which pets does it support?
Dogs and cats, as many as you have. Breeds, weight ranges, vaccines, training and daily care are all specific to the species.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Everything is saved on your phone first and synced in the background when you’re online. Only the AI assistant and the bowl scan need a connection.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start without one and everything stays on your phone. Create a free account to back up, use more than one phone, or share with family.
Can my family and pet sitter use it?
Yes. Invite them as co-owners or sitters. Everyone sees the same plan; sitters can tick off tasks and log walks, meals and doses without changing the vet’s instructions.
Can I use it with my vet?
Share a health summary PDF or individual documents straight from the app, or show the “For the vet” card at the appointment.
Privacy and safety
Is my data private?
Your data is never sold or used for third-party advertising. It’s stored with Supabase so it can sync between your phones and family. Read the full details in our privacy policy.
Is PetTrackr veterinary advice?
No. It helps you keep track, understand your records and notice changes. If your pet may be unwell, contact your vet; in an emergency, an emergency clinic.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings, then Delete my account removes your account, pets and records from our servers. For the waitlist, email us and we’ll remove your address.
